Choose the right process

Every service below is run in-house with its own equipment and finishing support, so process recommendations are driven by what your part needs — not by what we happen to have free.

Additive

3D Printing

SLA for fine detail and smooth cosmetic surfaces. SLS and MJF for tough, functional nylon parts with no support marks. SLM for dense metal geometry with internal channels. FDM for fast, low-cost, large or full-color parts.

CNC Machining

3-axis for prismatic parts, 4-axis for features on multiple sides, 5-axis for impellers, turbine geometry and complex housings in one setup. Aluminum, stainless, titanium, brass and engineering plastics.

Vacuum Casting

Silicone molds from a master pattern, poured polyurethane parts in ABS-like, PC-like, PP-like or rubber-like Shore A grades. The practical route for 15–25 piece batches, review samples and bridge production before tooling is justified.

Fabrication

Sheet Metal

Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and powder coating for brackets, enclosures, chassis and equipment housings — from one-off fixtures to pilot batches.

Injection Molding

Aluminum rapid tooling makes low-volume and bridge production viable long before hardened steel is justified. ABS, PC, PP, nylon, acetal, TPU and more, with texture molded directly into the tool. Runs from 50 to 100,000+ parts.

In-house

Surface Finishing

Painting matched to Pantone or RAL, Type II / III anodizing, bead blasting, polishing, electroplating, silk-screen, pad printing and laser engraving — all in the same building as the machines, so appearance is controlled by the team that made the part.
